2010-11 Travel Teams
The El Paso Rhino Travel Teams held a parent meeting June 19th. Several points were discussed.
The NTXHL also held their annual meeting June 19th. Some major points were discussed that will affect the EPHA for the upcoming season.

JUNE 6 - CANCELLED
Due to ice complications and the heat, all ice programs including Public Skating has been cancelled.
We will resume our normal schedule June 7.

SUNDAY NIGHT PUBLIC SKATING ADDED
Starting Sunday June 6th, we have added a Night Public Ice Skating session from 7 - 10pm. This will continue on for the month of June. Please check the SCHEDULE for any changes.

CACTUS CUP PLAYOFFS - UPDATED ONCE AGAIN!
Congratulations to the Raiders who won the Squirt/Peewee Division finals!!!
The Bantam/Midget Division finals are this THURSDAY at 7pm.
Tuesday's games seen the Hurricanes beat the Rebels.
**Finals will be THURSDAY May 20th at 7pm with the Tigers facing off against the Hurricanes.
Good luck to both teams.
2010 Summer Camp
Summer Camp is back for 2010!! The EPHA will be having 3 weeks of Summer Camp once again. Camp 1 will run June 7th-11th, Camp 2 from June 14th-18th, and Camp 3 from June 21st-25th. All camp participants will need to show up at the rink at 9:00am.

We will once again be offering the Advance Camp during the same dates as the summer camp. Anyone interested in the Advance Camp must apply and be accepted into the camp. Advance Camp size is limited to the first 12 players accepted. Click on the file for more information and to register.

2010-11 Travel Team Evaluation Camp Reminder
Potential 2010-11 Travel Team Players,
The Rhino Travel Teams will be hosting an evaluation camp May 15th and 16th. All players interested in playinf for the 2010-11 Travel Rhinos are expected to be at the camp. Teams range from ages 6 - 18 years old. Remember this is not a try out camp, but an evaluation camp.
Saturday May 15th
4:10pm - 10U (Light) and 12U (Dark)
5:30pm - 14U (Light) and 16 & 18U (Dark)
Sunday May 16th
6:50am - 14U (Light) and 16 & 18U (Dark)
8:20am - 10U (Light) and 12U (Dark)
Each player will also have an exit meeting with one of the travel team coaches who will provide the players with things to work on before the official travel team tryouts later in the summer.

SUMMER LEAGUE and ELITE TRAINING
Summer League registration is now OPEN! Players can sign up for:
Sunday League (Session 1) begins Sunday May 23rd
Squirt/Peewee Division - 5:15pm - 6:15pm
Bantam/Midget Division - 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Tuesday League (Session 2) begins Tuesday May 25th
Squirt/Peewee Division - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Bantam/Midget Division - 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Coaches will pick new teams each ice time. Cost per league is $59*. Email Tom Herman, therman@elpasohockey.org for more information and to register.
ELITE TRAINING
New Elite Training sessions have been added to the schedule starting May 31st. Coaches will include Cory Herman, Grady Little, and Tom Herman. To register and for more information, email therman@elpasohockey.org.
